Our Mission

At Rans Group Care Network, we provide specialist case management and rehabilitation services across the Midlands, North West, and London. 


We support individuals living with catastrophic and life-changing injuries including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, complex orthopaedic injuries, and poly trauma. 


Our aim is to put the client at the centre of the process, restoring independence, re-enabling and empowering them to regain control of their life.


We work collaboratively with clients, families, solicitors, insurers, and healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, high-quality support every step of the way.

Ranjith is an experienced and compassionate IRCM-registered Case Manager with over 15 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist. Ranjith is an experienced and compassionate IRCM-registered Case Manager with over 15 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist. Throughout his career, he has supported both young adults and older adults living with neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, and a wide range of complex physical, medical, and mental health needs.


He has extensive experience working in both hospital and community settings and is passionate about helping individuals regain independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals. Ranjith takes a holistic and person-centred approach, recognising the importance of understanding each client’s physical, emotional, and social needs to provide the right support at every stage of their rehabilitation journey.


Ranjith previously worked as a Specialist Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Case Manager as part of the dedicated Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) Case Management service. He also gained valuable specialist experience within an inpatient neurological rehabilitation centre, further developing his expertise in complex neurorehabilitation.


In addition to his neurological rehabilitation experience, Ranjith has a strong background in orthopaedic care and rehabilitation across a variety of NHS services, including orthopaedics, accident and emergency, community specialist services, and Rapid Response teams. He is also an experienced NHS First Contact Practitioner and Supervisor.


Ranjith has a strong understanding of the long-term impact that catastrophic injuries can have on individuals and their families. He is committed to supporting clients to reintegrate into their communities, identify their wider needs, and work towards goals that improve their quality of life and overall wellbeing.

Alongside his clinical work, Ranjith remains committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development. He continually updates his knowledge in line with current local and national policies, including NICE guidelines and National Service Frameworks.


During his Master’s degree, Ranjith conducted an experimental research study exploring the validity and reliability of a Load Cell Based Force Plate System in measuring postural sway. This work was recognised with the Verna Wright Prize from the Society for Research and Rehabilitation in 2013.

Sruthi is a dedicated and highly experienced Case Manager with over 10 years’ experience across a variety of clinical and rehabilitation settings. She specialises in the assessment and management of clients with acquired brain injury, amputation, spinal injuries, and complex orthopaedic conditions. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with complex physical and psychological needs to achieve meaningful outcomes through coordinated, evidence-based, and person-centred rehabilitation programmes.


Her background as a specialist Physiotherapist in Neurosciences has provided her with a strong clinical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of complex rehabilitation. In addition, her experience working closely with NHS services and local authorities has enabled her to develop a robust understanding of statutory health and social care systems, as well as the importance of collaborative multidisciplinary working to achieve timely and effective outcomes for clients.


She takes a holistic and compassionate approach to case management, ensuring that each client’s individual goals, needs, and circumstances remain central to the rehabilitation process. She values clear communication, strong professional relationships, and practical problem-solving, enabling her to work effectively with clients, families, solicitors, therapists, and wider support teams. She also understands the importance of delivering clear, evidence-based reporting and has a strong awareness of the litigation process.


Clients and colleagues often describe her as approachable, empathetic, proactive, and highly organised. She recognises the far-reaching impact that catastrophic injury can have not only on the individual, but also on their family and support network. She is committed to providing reassurance, guidance, and coordinated support throughout the rehabilitation journey, helping clients maximise their independence, quality of life, and long-term potential.


As an independent Case Manager, she prides herself on delivering responsive, flexible, and clinically effective rehabilitation support, working collaboratively with all stakeholders to overcome barriers and achieve the best possible outcomes for each client.
